We will showcase a minimum of 36 cheeses from all over the world with a special emphasis on small farm producers and Artisanal cheeses. Click here for a listing of cheeses being tasted.

Cheeses will be featured by type; with seven tables featuring the complete spectrum of cheeses produced in the world.
