Jell-O Ahi Tuna Salad
Spicy ahi tuna salad resting on top a bed of lambs lettuce. Garnished with a raspberry-pomegranate and lemon confit vinaigrette.

Orchard Salad
Chopped romain with apple cider vinaigrette, gorgonzola cheese, pumpkin spiced croutons, gala apples and candied bacon.
~ Entrees ~
Choice of:
Bohdi Dal
Lentils sautéed with squash, onions and tomatoes in a mild indian curry finished with coconut milk. Served over basmati rice with garlic flatbread.
or
Bistro Bento Box
Maine lobster cake with tomato herb aioli. Served with panko-crusted mash, sautéed forest mushrooms, and truffled lambs lettuce salad.
or
Bistro Noodle Bowl
Hoisen roasted Bistro tenderloin served atop a steaming bowl of noodles cooked with carrots, bean sprouts, cabbage and green onions in a lemongrass ginger broth garnished with basil and cilantro.
