jumbo sweet shrimp with pate
Toro Takati
highly prized fatty tuna with crisp asian pear
in a ponsu dressing
Lobster with Shitake Mushroom
marinated lobster meat stuffed with
fresh shitake mushroom in a creamy sake sauce
Steamed Red Snapper
with fresh ginger and scallinon
Japanese Steak
perfectly broiled with japanese king mushroom
Fresh Fruit
with grand marnier dressing
