~ Homemade Greek Spreads - served with warm pita bread ~

Tzatziki
A blend of yogurt, cucumber, garlic and fresh herbs
Melitzanosalata
Roasted eggplant blended with garlic, olive oil, and lemon
Hummus
Pureed chick peas, garlic, roasted pepper, and tahini
Taramosalata
A creamy blend of fish roe, potatoes, olive oil, and lemon
Olive Tapenade
Greek Kalamata olives chopped with capers, garlic, thyme, and feta

~ Traditional Greek Salad ~

Served with Samos’ Famous House Dressing and warm pita bread

~ Leg of Lamb Roast ~

Garlic roasted, topped with Samos’ wine sauce, served with orzo

Homemade Rice Pudding
Sweet and creamy, the best you’ve ever had!
Baklava
Layers of thin filo dough, stuffed with chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and sugar, and baked to perfection. Topped with honey syrup.
Galaktoboureko
A rich cream custard, wrapped in filo dough and baked golden brown. Topped with cinnamon and honey syrup.
 
NOTE: Samos is a BYO establishment. In the spirit of a communal (family style) dinner party,
we are asking each person to bring a bottle of wine, or spirits, to be shared by the table.
