affectionately
refer to

foodies
-
who live

What’s a
foodie?
Well,
according
to Hoyle
(or in
this
case
Merriam
Webster) a foodie
is, “a
person
who has
an
ardent
or
refined
interest
in
food.” |

Ardent?
Refined?
Who
talks
like
that?
It’s
sounds
very
interesting,
but a
bit
boring
as
well…could
I have
vodka on
the
rocks
please…with
a twist?

Baltimore
Foodies
is a
hobby of
mine—and
I’d like
to make
it your
hobby
too.
You see,
I'm
neither
a
professional
chef nor
a paid
restaurant
critic.
I was
simply
brought
up to
enjoy my
food and
appreciate
a good
meal.
Part of
that
enjoyment
comes
from
sharing
good
food
with my
family,
my
friends
and
other
people
who have
an
appreciation
for the
culinary
arts
(that
is, they
love to
eat).
That’s
exactly
who we
are and
who we
want to
meet. |

than a
group of
people
who
enjoy
good
food,
fine
drink,
having
fun and
think
all
three
belong
together
in

why we
get
together
once a
month
and (as
the
group
continues
to grow,
hopefully
more
often)
enjoy a
tasting
menu at
one of
the many
great
Baltimore
area
